  • Are the meals fully cooked?

    Yes! Each meal is fully cooked. To heat up you can either pop it into the microwave for about 1:30 minutes or re-heat the meal on your stove.

  • What are the portion sizes you offer?

    Most meals come in two sizes:

    • 4oz protein, 4oz complex carbs, handful of veggies

    • 6oz protein, 4 oz complex carbs, handful of veggies

  • Do you deliver?

    We currently deliver to central Orange County Sunday's, Monday's & Wednesday (7 am-2 pm)

  • When do you deliver

    Deliveries occur on MONDAY and WEDNESDAYS between 7am and 2pm PST

  • Can I pickup at your Orange County kitchen?

    Yes! We are open 6 days a week! Please be mindful when selecting this location. Our team members will be onsite ONLY between the hours listed. If you cannot make that window we offer a wide selection of pickup locations and delivery options that may better fit your schedule.

  • Do I have to be home for delivery?

    Nope. As long as there is a safe and cool place for your driver to leave your delivery, then you have nothing to worry about. Your meals must be kept cold, so please provide us with a cooler or refrigeration. We encourage you to refrigerate them as soon as possible.

    If you live in a building that requires access for the driver to get in, you MUST be home for delivery. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the accurate address but are stolen due to inability to access your home/building. Our drivers photograph where each bag is left so we can ensure accurate delivery. If the bag was delivered to your requested address and was then taken/stolen, Healthy Meals Kitchen is not responsible. That being said, we'll always do our best to remedy any displeasing situation. Please be sure to specify your delivery instructions (access codes, location to leave meals, etc) in your cart notes.

  • How do I place an order each week once I've signed up?

    Each week you'll be sent a reminder text. The text will include a unique link. Click the link to place your order. Customize your order. Hit "complete order". You'll have until the "cut-off" time to make changes to your order.

  • How do I skip a week if I'm on a subscription?

    Click the link that was texted to you. Click "skip" on the menu page. You are now skipped for the week.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    Go to your account page. Select the subscription you would like to cancel. Click on the "plan settings" for the subscription you would like to cancel. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the section "cancel". Click "cancel subscription".

  • How do I access my profile?

    Click on the menu in the top left hand corner. Click on "your account". You will be able to view your account.

  • How do I make changes to my preferences?

    Login to your account. Next to your subscription, click "plan settings". On this page, you can edit your address, change your email, select notifications instead of text messages, and pause your account.
